Questions to ask in an interview : Ask the Right Question

Mismatching of job and employee will waste time, resource and cause morale problems.

Good employee are discovered by good hiring practices, and smart hiring starts with smart interviewing. Some suggestion on questions to probe your prospect's hopes,goals,inclinations and reservations after the usual 'resume' questions - job history, education, salary expectation.
  1. "Tell me about yourself.All the exiciting and intresting things"
  2. "If you could wave a magic wand and create a perfect enviroment to work in , what would it be?"
  3. "Describe gthe best boss you ever had.What made him or her so special? Describe the worst boss."
  4. "What's your hobby?"
Before you sit down with a potential employee, ask yourself:
  1. "What am I offering this person beside money?"
  2. "How do I keep my people highly motivated, productive and eager to come to work in the morning?"
SUGGESTIONS TO THE ABOVE QUESTION.
  1. Start by making the job fun whenever possible
  2. Share the big picture  so they realise their contribution is part of an importannt whole.
  3. Solict their feedback and act on it to prove to them that they are really making a difference.
